The new Ben Nevis in Roger's Vintage Selection range. This whisky is a nice contrast to his previous Ben Nevis bottling in the same field. There was no peat or sherry maturation this time, but an excellent, layered bourbon cask matured bottle. The label is in the same style as the Ben Nevis in Drop 2, but it has a clear summery vibe. Expect a lot of the classic Ben Nevis tropical fruit characteristics and summer fruits galore in this single cask release of only 330 bottles at Roger's preferred strength of 54%. Get it while it's still available - like summer, this one won't stick around for long.
