A 10-year-old Bajan rum from Plantation, made in 2011 at West Indies Rum Distillery and matured for five years in bourbon casks in Barbados, five years in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks in France and a further four months in an oloroso sherry cask before being bottled in 2021. Aromas of walnuts, pipe tobacco, coffee, plum, caramel, vanilla, banana and coconut fill the nose, complemented by notes of leather, cocoa, ferns, pepper, nutmeg, mango and balsamic throughout the palate.
