Behold, Paul John Oloroso Select Cask! This unpeated Indian single malt has enjoyed a finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks, and offers up a wealth of dried fruit and baking spice notes.

Nose: Sherry-soaked fruit and dried peels, date and walnut loaf, buttery malt.

Palate: Blackberries, honeycomb, dark chocolate bitterness, oaky spice and orange oil.

Finish: Cinnamon, nutmeg and a final helping of redcurrant jam.
