Oloroso sherry was the first cask finished expression we started with at Doc Swinson’s, the one that started it all! We named this whiskey LA MENTE, The Mind in Spanish because it contributes complexity & brightness to our Alter Ego Triple Cask Bourbon. Oloroso Sherry layers in subtle flavors of roasted nuts, spices & orange peel. This limited single finish expression allows you the chance to experience one of the excellent individual pieces of the whole at blender’s strength.

Holiday spice cake, almond paste, orange peels, caramel and
wildflower honey Dried apricots, citrus peel, roasted nuts and
holiday spice cake. A rich and full-bodied bourbon with notes
of roasted nuts, vanilla, dried fruits and citrus peel.
