Nose: Oat and raisin cookie, with hints of golden syrup and baking spice.
Palate: Buttered toast and marmalade, with woody spice, pain au chocolat and sherried dried fruit.
Finish: Nutmeg and barley sugar lingers alongside toasty oak and treacle.
